RESOURCES REQUIRED

 
  1. Human Resources: SARDEG will have three highly qualified full time personnel and 1 assistant deployed specifically for the gateway development and implementation processes. Outsourcing and Consultancy will be done when need arises. SARDEG will have a high level Steering Committee (STEERCOM) with 5 members and a Technical Advisory Committee (TECHNICOM) with 15 members drawn from representative stakeholders and partners.

  2. Technology: SARDEG portal is developed using Active Server pages, MS SQL Server 2000 and InMagic at the back end. Portal enhancement will be one of the major tasks. Hosting and Internet connection will be a key component.
     

  3. Marketing and Outreach: SARDEG will host a number of stakeholders’ and thematic workshops. Media and promotional material will be used.
     

  4. General and Administrative: This covers office accommodation/building/rent and ICT infrastructure, basic communication utilities (Telephones, Fax and postal services) and office supplies.
