PERFORMANCE MEASURES

Service Quality

SARDEG will conduct evaluations throughout the project to measure outcomes. This evaluation will be based on the goals, activities, and product and services roll out. It will promote stakeholders’ involvement, enhance transparency and accountability, and improve project performance. Monitoring and evaluation will take place through the following activities:

  1. The Stakeholders’ forum will meet four times a year.

  2. The Steering Committee will receive quarterly reports and have three formal review sessions per year.

  3. The Technical Advisory Committee will meet three times a year.

  4. Throughout various meetings and workshops, the team will receive feedback and comments regarding the initiative. Yearly stakeholders roundtable evaluation workshops will be conducted and online feedback facility will be available for users to submit their comments.

  5. The following evaluation qualitative and quantitative tools will be used;
    • Workshops,
    • Questionnaires/Survey
    • Rating of Information
