IMPLEMENTATION PLANS & SCHEDULE

The implementation of SARDEG have been laid out for three years with a strong feedback mechanism from each phase (six months) to incorporate learning experience into the plan of action and earning credibility from stakeholders and gaining critical mass of partners. The major activities for the three years include: administrative infrastructure development, content development, portal development, marketing, promotion and outreach, partnership building, fundraising, updating of various database, and offline activities.
