ADMINISTRATION

SARDEG administrative structure will consist of the following:

1. Steering Committee (STEERCOM): Steering Committee will meet quarterly. The Chairman of SRTPC shall convene a joint meeting with partners and form the Steering Committee. SARDEG steering committee members will come from the primary partners ie, the Country Development Gateways, Government Institutions, nominee of DGF, NGO’s, Academic Institutions, development partners, the Private Sector, Civil Society and other stakeholders. These members will be selected on rational basis covering the region geographically.
    

2. Technical Advisory Committee (TECNICOM): Technical Advisory Committee is represented by members from the Steering Committee, technical staff of SARDEG, and representatives the private sector and international organizations. The Committee will meet quarterly. Members of the TECHNICOM will be divided into three working groups: Content working Group, Technology working Group and Business Development working Group.
    

3. Stakeholders’ Forum (STAKEFORUM): Stakeholders forum, will meet quarterly, one of its meeting shall be known as annual general forum. The Steering Committee Chairperson will chair the Stakeholders Forum. Stakeholders Forum will be larger body with extensive representation from primary partners, governments, donors, other partner organisations, academic institutions, NGOs, civil society, the private sector and stakeholders.
